The autonomy and development of First Nations people in Quebec are at the heart of our actions. Whether to integrate or keep a job, the 31 FNHRDCQ employment and training service centres (ETSC) can support individuals in their approach, while considering their special needs or obstacles they may encounter.

The FNHRDCQ also plays a role in promoting the First Nations workforce and facilitates networking between employers and service centres clients. With the people at the heart of the services, you can count on the ETSCs of the FNHRDCQ to help you build your future, one step at a time.

Through its thirty-one (31) employment and training service centres, the FNHRDCQ offers a variety of training and employability programs to the First Nations of Quebec. These programs are intended for people aged 16 and over, who are unemployed or without income, income security beneficiaries for employment insurance recipients, as well as workers and students seeking employment and training services or guidance. Also, some programs that are intended for employers who want to hire Aboriginal workers.

We invite you to contact one of our centres to learn more about how we can help you.
